Overlooking the Maitai River, Riverside Apartment provides peace and quiet, just one block from the City Centre. This self-contained apartment includes a full kitchen for self-catering, with a terrace opening from the lounge where guests enjoy alfresco dining above the river, close enough to see trout jumping!

Native birds such as the tui, heron and kingfisher feed on the river, and there is a formed cycle/ walkway along the riverside. Upstairs in the apartment is a queen-size bedroom and bathroom, and downstairs are a twin bedroom and powder room. There are many restaurants a few minutes’ walk away, and a public heated swimming pool, sauna and gym are a 200-metre walk along Riverside.

Maitai Suite is at the back of Riverside Apartment and has queen and single beds, all-day sun balcony with views through to the river, separate kitchenette with microwave, bathroom with shower and toilet.

Both the Riverside Apartment & Maitai Suite can be opened up to create a large complex ideal for family groups, 3 couples or business conferences, trade shows etc. They are very spacious and bright with secure off street parking.
